The eating of meat is harmful to our body. And more - the eating of meat is harmful to the world's information field. The suffering of animals contaminate whole world space with unharmonious frequencies, i.e. with psychical diseases. The water is Cosmic antenna and she is radio-receiver and radio-transmitter of all our senses, thoughts, emotions, strivings. The water is a radio locator and programmer of our future. She is our contact with all cosmic beings - i.e. with God.

If need be, you can always ask
the chef to hold the animal
products for your dish. Fresh
fruits and vegetables, along
with nuts and seeds, are healthy
snacks that contain absolutely
no animal products.
Is It Delicious?
There are vegan dishes all
around the world, dishes that
most people do not even realize
are vegan. Lots of things that
people enjoy on a daily basis
have no animal products at all.
As the demand grows, many food
companies are now offering vegan
alternatives that are just as
tasty as the foods they replace.
Vegans do not need to give up
their dessert options either.
Try a slice of vegan apple pie,
topped with vegan ice cream made
from coconut milk. Things can
taste sweet with less sugar that
before, making even desserts a
little better.
Is Veganism Safe?
A balanced vegan diet can be
incredible for your health. A
diet of nothing but vegan
cookies, while vegan, would not
be healthy at all. Even people
who are already at a healthy
weight range will feel better
when their body flushes the
animal products out.

Method of Losing Weight?
Although a vegan diet can seem
very restrictive, it opens up a
broad range of nutritious dishes
that most non-vegans wouldn't
normally see in their diets. As
a bonus, since fruits and
vegetables are high in fiber you
will feel more full after eating
a vegan meal than after eating a
non-vegan meal of the same
amount of calories. Fast food
places and restaurants offer
very few dishes for vegans, so
you'll be less likely to eat
out.
Since a vegan diet is incredibly

of avocados and refined
vegetable oils, which contain
large amounts of fat - you can
be certain that if you choose
vegan options at a restaurant
that you are eating the most
nutritious option that also has
the least calories. Since
options for dining out on a
vegan diet are slim, you're more
likely to quickly learn how to
do all your own cooking at home
to create delicious vegan meals
which you enjoy, which is often
better for both you and your
wallet. It may seem like a
completely alien concept, but
many vegans who have been vegan
for a while no longer have
cravings for the old foods they
used to enjoy.
Although it may be hard to stick
to at first, if you exercise a
bit of willpower and refrain
from cheating on your vegan diet
you will find that you will
crave unhealthy food less and
less over time.
